Pricing Policy
For one piece of equipment, we charge a low flat rate fee that covers our trip and service. That price varies, based on how far away you are from our office. Whether we work for 5 minutes or 5 hours the fee is the same. If you have more than one piece that needs repair, we charge an additional flat rate per piece.
Parts
If parts are needed, it is our policy to give the customer the option to order their own parts from the manufacture. In this way you are assured that we are not trying to sell you something you don't need just to increase our bottom line. You will be charged the same fee if we install no parts, 1 part or 20 parts.
Assembly
Assembly fees will be quoted over the phone before the appointment is scheduled.
Credit Cards
Our company does not accept credit cards. The fees Credit Card companies charge would have to be forwarded to our customer, thereby increasing the cost of service.
